Install the Conversios Google Analytics 4 App, please follow the below steps :
Log in to your Shopify store and go to apps and search for Conversios – Google Analytics 4 app, click “Install App.”
Choose the account that you want to use with your Shopify app store
Select the store that you wanted to install the app as mentioned in the below screenshot :
How to Set up the Conversios App? #
Once you install the app, you will be redirected to the app settings or configuration page.
By default, the app uses the Conversios GTM container (GTM-K7X94DG) to track the events. If you want to use your own GTM, please follow the guidelines attached here.
Integrate Your Google Analytics #
You will have to add your Analytics as marked below in the screenshot.
Google Analytics 3 – “UA-1895XXX39-1” [See How to find google analytics 3 property id?]
Google Analytics 4 – “G-KF65XXX67” [See how to find google analytics 4 measurement id?]
Enabling Purchase Event #
To enable the purchase event click “Copy Code Snippet” as marked in the below screenshot.
Then, go to Settings → Checkout → Order status page (Additional script) and paste the code and hit “Save”. You will be redirected to a checkout screen
Activating App Blocks #
The last step is to click on the “Activate blocks”, redirecting you to the theme settings as mentioned in the screenshot.
Activate both blocks and hit the save button as shown in the screenshot.
You have now successfully activated the Google Analytics 4 app in your Shopify store.
