Refund Eligibility
- Initial Subscription Payment: We stand by the value of our product and offer a refund within 15 calendar days of purchase if it differs from your expectations.
- Renewal Payments: Refunds are not eligible for renewal payments.
Downgrade and Cancellation Policy
- Downgrade to Free Subscription: To downgrade your subscription to a free plan at the next renewal, please email us at [email protected] at least seven (7) working days before your renewal date. We will ensure no further payments are deducted, and your subscription is downgraded accordingly.
- Cancellation Requests: You must also email your cancellation request at least seven (7) working days before your renewal date. Requests received within a week of the renewal date may not be processed. After cancellation, your subscription will be moved to a free plan with limited features.
