Refund Policy for Plugins

Thank you for purchasing our products or subscribing to our services from CONVERSIOS SYSTEMS LLC.

We are happy to offer you a refund within 15 calendar days from the date of your first paid subscription if you are not satisfied with our product, and no questions will be asked. After 15 days, we will no longer be able to provide a refund.

Please note that the refund is only eligible for the first payment made for the subscription. If your plan is renewed, the amount will not be eligible for a refund. If you wish to opt for a downgrade to a free subscription on your next renewal date, please send an email to [email protected] with your query.

We will make sure that no payment is deducted and your subscription is downgraded to a free subscription. Please note that any downgrade or cancellation requests must be sent via email at least one week (i.e.7 working days) before the new or upcoming renewal date.

We may not be able to act on any requests sent within a week of the renewal date. We encourage our customers to try our product or service within the first two weeks of purchase to ensure it fits their needs.
