We accept requests for refunds for our subscriptions within 15 calendar days from your first paid subscription date.
If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 15 calendar days of your purchase as mentioned above.
If your renewal date of the plan arrives and the plan gets renewed, the amount will be not eligible for a refund as the refund is eligible for 15 calendar days from your first paid subscription date.
If you want to opt for a downgrade to a free subscription when the next renewal date arrives, we request you to just send an email to [email protected] with the query and we will make sure that no payment will be deducted and your subscription will be downgraded to the Free subscription at your next renewal.
Note: Downgrade or cancel requests notification via email are only applicable when sent one week (i.e. 7 working days) before the new or upcoming renewal date. Any requests within one week of last date might not be supervised.
After the 15-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits their needs.
