Step 1: Installation of the Plugin #
Before You Begin: Ensure you have downloaded the PRO ZIP file, license key, and subscription details sent to your email after purchase.
Installing the Plugin: #
In your WordPress Backend:
- Go to Plugins.
- Click on Upload Plugin and select the downloaded Product Feed Manager for WooCommerce – PRO ZIP file.
Click on Install Plugin and wait for the installation to complete.
Step 2: Activation of the Plugin #
Once installed, activate the plugin.
- Find the plugin in the left-hand pane of WordPress Backend under ‘Account Summary‘.
- Add the license key received via email.
- Click the arrow key against the license key bar and select ‘Refresh Subscription details‘.
Configure Multiple Shopping Channels with Conversios #
Setting Up for Google Merchant Center #
Go to Channel Configuration in the plugin dashboard.
Click on the Google Merchant Center block.
Log in with the email address associated with your Google Merchant Center account.
Select your Merchant Center account from the drop-down menu.
Configure the Domain Claim and Site Verification, then click Save.
Setting Up for Facebook Business Account #
On the “Channel Configuration” main screen, click ‘Facebook Catalog’.
Log in with the email address associated with your Facebook Business Manager Account.
Select your “Facebook Business ID” & “Facebook Catalog ID” from the drop-down. Click on the “Connect Now” button to save.
Setting Up for TikTok Business Account #
On the “Channel Configuration” main screen, click ‘TikTok Catalog’.
On the pop-up screen, click ‘Sign in with TikTok’.
Allow all permissions in the permissions dialog box and click ‘Confirm’.
Choose a catalog and map the target country.
Click ‘Save’ and ‘Next’.
Creating and Managing Product Feeds #
Creating a Feed #
- Set an auto-sync interval.
- Select shopping channels for the feed (e.g., Google Merchant Center, TikTok Catalog).
- Click ‘Next’.
- Give your feed a name and specify the target country.
- Add required attributes against respective Channels.
- Add additional custom attributes by clicking the ‘Add attribute’ button at the bottom.
- Click ‘Finish’ and then “Sync Products”.
Once you have successfully created a feed, you will see a pop-up screen below::
You can navigate back to the Dashboard to glance at the feeds.
Checking Feed Status #
- From the left-hand panel, click ‘Manage Feed’.
- View feed details including name, target country, channels, created date, sync information, and status.

- From the left-hand panel, click ‘Manage Campaign’.
- To create a new campaign, click “Create Campaign”.
- An additional pop-up window pops up.
- Search for the Feed name you have created to select for the Campaign.
- Add the Campaign Name, Daily Budget, Target Country, and Start & End Date, and click “Create Campaign”
Managing Campaigns #
- In the Manage Campaign section, view and edit active campaigns.
Track performance and update campaign details as needed.
