Pixel & Analytics Dashboard Overview #
The Pixel & Analytics screen is your central place to connect all marketing and analytics pixels for your site.
You’ll see a grid of integration cards, each representing a supported platform. These include:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Ads
- Facebook (Meta)
- TikTok
- Microsoft Ads (Bing)
- Microsoft Clarity
- Snapchat
- Hotjar
- Crazyegg
Each tile shows the connection status (connected or not connected) and a right-arrow icon that opens the setup screen for that platform.
Understanding the Dashboard Layout #
When you land on the Pixels & Analytics screen, here’s what you’ll find:
- Connected Pixels: If a platform is already connected, you’ll see the active ID (e.g. G-XXXXXXXXX for GA4) and a green status icon.
- Not Connected: If no ID is added, the status will show “Not connected” in red.
- Pro Features: Some integrations require a Pro plan. For example:
- Meta CAPI (Conversion API)
- TikTok Events API
- Snapchat CAPI Token
- Meta CAPI (Conversion API)
These features will show a Pro badge with an option to start a free trial.
Additional Configurations
At the bottom of the screen, you’ll find a section for Custom Event Integration.
This is helpful if your WooCommerce store uses custom hooks or modified event structures.
What You Can Do from This Screen #
- Connect or update tracking IDs for each platform
- Access advanced pixel options for platforms like GA4 and Google Ads
- Enable server-side tracking if you’re using the Enterprise plan (Pro-only features appear with a tag)
Note for WordPress-Only Users #
If you are using only WordPress (without WooCommerce), you can still connect and track lead generation events like page views, form submissions, and signups. However, some event types like purchases or add-to-cart will not work until WooCommerce is active.
