The Product Feed Manager lets you sync your WooCommerce products in real-time using API-based integrations. You can connect one or more of the following channels:
- Google Merchant Center
- Microsoft Merchant Center
- TikTok Business Center
- Meta Business Center (Facebook Catalog)
Once connected, you can create feeds and start syncing products automatically – no manual uploads required.
Getting Started: First-Time Setup #
When you open the Product Feed screen for the first time:
- No feeds will be listed.
- No channels will be connected
- You’ll see a message that the free plan supports syncing up to 100 products
Your first step is to connect a channel.

Connect Google Merchant Center #
- Go to Conversios → Product Feed → Google Merchant Center
- If you’re already signed in with Google, your account will appear in the dropdown
- Select your Google Merchant Center Account
- If you don’t have one, click Create New and fill the form: Website URL, Email, Store Name, Country
- Accept the terms and click Create
- Once your account is linked, click the red icons next to Site Verified and Domain Claim to complete verification and click Save.

Connect Microsoft Merchant Center #
Connect your WooCommerce store to Microsoft Merchant Center to sync product data and run Shopping Ads on Bing.
- Go to Conversios → Product Feed in your WordPress dashboard.
- Click Connect Your Microsoft (Bing) Ads
- Sign in with your Microsoft account and Choose your Merchant Center Store
- Select your Catalog ID
- If you don’t have one, click Create New and Complete site verification if needed
- Click Save to complete the setup.
* Use the UET tag in Pixel & Analytics to complete Microsoft Ads setup.
Connect TikTok Business Catalog #
- Go to Conversios → Product Feed → TikTok Business Center
- Click Continue with TikTok and sign in and Select your Business Account
- Map your Catalog by Country and Click Save
Once connected, your TikTok feed syncs automatically..
Connect Meta (Facebook) Catalog #
- Go to Conversios → Product Feed → Meta Business Center
- Sign in with your Meta account
- Choose your Business ID and Catalog ID and Click Save
To use Meta CAPI and Ads reporting, complete Pixel setup in the Pixel & Analytics section. [Pro Only]
Create a New Product Feed #
Each platform (Google, Microsoft, TikTok, Meta) requires a separate feed to sync products.
Once your account is connected to any of the supported channels, you can start syncing products by creating a feed.
Go to Conversios → Product Feed → [Your Connected Channel], then click Create New Feed.
1. Feed Details #
Fill in the core settings for your new feed.
- Feed Name – Add a title for your feed
Example: Summer Collection, TikTok Sync, Daily Export - Target Country – Choose where your products will be listed
Example: United States - Auto Sync – Toggle ON to automatically keep your feed updated
- Auto Sync Interval – Choose how often to sync your products
Pro Only – Free plan allows only manual sync - Include Product Variations – Enable if you want to include variants
Options:
- Only Default Product Variations
- Only Lowest Price Product Variation
Click Next to continue.
2. Attribute Mapping #
Map your WooCommerce product attributes to Google feed fields.
- Required fields like id, title, description, and price must be mapped
- Use dropdowns to match each field with your WooCommerce attributes
- Optional: Add a prefix for product IDs
Example: SKU-, ID-, etc. - You can also map optional fields like brand, gtin, availability, shipping, and tax for better feed quality
Click Add Attributes if you need more fields, then click Next to continue.
3. Category Mapping #
Match your WooCommerce categories with your channel’s taxonomy.
- Left Column – Your WooCommerce categories
Example: Apparel, Accessories, Footwear - Right Column – Select the matching product category from the channel’s taxonomy
You can search or browse categories
Click Next when all categories are mapped.
4. Filters #
Filter which products should appear in this feed.
- Click Add Filter to define rules
- Choose from attributes like:
- Category
- Product ID
- Stock Status
- Main Image - Set a condition like equals, contains, or is not empty, and enter a value
- Add multiple filters to refine your feed as needed.
Click Save & Next to finalize your feed.
Feed Management #
Once created, your feed will appear in the Product Feed dashboard with:
- Real-time sync status
- Last synced timestamp
- Action buttons – Edit, Pause, Delete, Export
You can now submit the feed URL to the respective platform (Google, Microsoft, Meta, or TikTok) and start running Shopping Ads, Catalog Ads, or retargeting campaigns.
