General GA4 Report

This section gives you a visual overview of your store’s audience and user engagement, powered by Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Available to all free and Pro users, these reports help you understand traffic behavior and performance metrics inside your WooCommerce dashboard.

1. Sessions & Users #

  • Sessions: Total number of visits to your site during the selected time period.
  • Users: Unique visitors who engage with your store content.

2. New Users #

Track how many users visited your store for the first time. Useful for measuring reach and acquisition campaigns.

3. Average Session Duration #

View the average amount of time users spend per session. Longer durations often indicate higher engagement.

4. Bounce Rate #

Measure the percentage of users who left your site without clicking or interacting with any page element.

5. Top Pages Report #

See which pages are most visited by your users.
Metrics include:

  • Page Title & Path
  • Page Views and Unique Users
  • Sessions & Events Triggered
  • Average Time on Page
  • Page-specific Bounce Rate

6. Device Breakdown #

Discover which devices your visitors are using:

  • Desktop
  • Tablet
  • Mobile

This helps in optimizing mobile responsiveness and campaign targeting.

7. Location Insights (Top Countries & Cities) #

Track where your traffic comes from:

  • Countries and cities ranked by users and sessions.
  • Useful for regional campaigns, shipping decisions, and localization.

8. Daily Visitors Trend #

View daily traffic patterns in a 15-day chart (for free plan users). Helps identify peak days or potential drops.

9. Realtime Users Report #

See how many users are live on your site right now and which pages they are actively viewing.
