Export White-Labeled PDF Reports #
Pro users can download clean, professional reports for any analytics section with custom branding – perfect for client sharing or internal reviews.
1. Upload Your Agency Logo #
Before exporting, you’ll be prompted to upload a logo. This will be applied to all future reports.
- Logo requirements:
Size: 120 × 36 px
Format: PNG or JPEG recommended
Once uploaded and saved, your logo stays active until manually changed.
2. Steps to Export a Branded Report #
- Navigate to Reports & Insights
- Click any Download PDF button
- In the pop-up, click Select Logo and upload your file
- Click Save, then Download Now
Your exported report will include:
- Your uploaded logo
- Clean layout with charts and KPIs
- Optional footer message (if configured)

Schedule Weekly Email Reports #
No need to log in each week. Automatically receive updated PDF reports in your inbox.
1. Enable Scheduled Reporting #
Inside the Reports & Insights dashboard, click the Schedule Email button in the top-right corner. A pop-up will appear.
2. Configure Your Preferences #
- Email address: Pre-filled from your login
- Frequency: Weekly (last 7 days’ data)
Once set, you’ll receive a PDF report every 7 days.
3. Steps to Activate #
- Toggle the Enable Scheduling switch
- Confirm or update your email address
- Click Save
