How to View Meta Ads Insights Report in Conversios SST App

The Meta Ads Insights report shows advertising performance data from your Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad accounts directly inside Conversios.

This report allows you to review campaign performance, conversions, and breakdowns using data fetched from Meta.

Availability:
Meta Ads Insights are available only on paid plans.

Connecting Your Meta Account

Before viewing reports, you must authenticate with Meta.

Step 1: Log in with Facebook

  1. Open Shopify Admin → Apps → Conversios: Server Side GTM

  2. Go to Reporting → Meta Ads Insights

  3. Click Log in with Facebook

  4. Sign in using the Facebook account linked to your Meta Business Manager

  5. Grant required permissions

The Facebook account must have access to the ad account and Facebook Pixel.

Step 2: Verify Facebook Pixel Setup

If prompted:

  • Click Setup Facebook Pixel ID in app settings
  • Ensure the Pixel ID is connected correctly

This is required to fetch insights data.

Select Ad Account

  1. Use the Select Ad account dropdown
  2. Choose the Meta ad account you want to view data for

Once selected, the report loads automatically.

Date Range Selection

Use the date selector on the right:

  • 7 Days
  • 15 Days
  • 30 Days
  • Custom date range

The report updates based on the selected period.

Data Filters

You can refine report data using filters.

Level Filters

  • Campaign
  • Ad Set
  • Ad

Breakdown Filters

  • Gender
  • Age
  • Country

Selected filters update all metrics and tables accordingly.

Meta Ads Metrics Overview

The report displays standard Meta performance metrics such as:

  • Impressions
  • Clicks
  • Conversions
  • Spend
  • Revenue (if available)
  • ROAS

Metrics shown depend on selected filters and data availability.

 

Campaign & Ad Performance Tables

Based on the selected level and breakdown, tables display:

  • Campaign / Ad Set / Ad name
  • Delivery status
  • Clicks
  • Conversions
  • Spend
  • Revenue
  • ROAS

 

If Data Is Not Visible

  • Confirm you are logged in with the correct Facebook account
  • Ensure the ad account has active or historical data
  • Verify Facebook Pixel ID is connected in Pixel Manager
  • Check date range selection
