Store and Product Browsing

- select_item – When a visitor clicks on a product from a list or collection

Cart Actions

- purchase – Order is completed and confirmed on the Shopify Thank You page
Important Note
Purchase tracking works only when customers land on the Shopify Thank You page after payment.
If a payment gateway does not redirect back to this page, the purchase cannot be tracked.
Most gateways provide a return or redirect option – make sure it is enabled.
However, your payment gateway does not redirect customers to the Shopify Thank You page, which is why purchase tracking is not working. Please contact our support team at [email protected]
