Server-Side Tracking App Issues: Start Here

We understand this can be concerning. In most cases, tracking issues are caused by setup, connection, or conflicting scripts. Please review the checks below.

  • Ensure the App is installed and active in your Shopify store.

  • Verify that required channels, such as GA4, Google Ads, Meta, and required pixels, are connected correctly in the App settings.

  • Confirm that the correct IDs are added, no additional space is there, and the settings are saved.

  • Make sure no other tracking Apps/channels or custom tracking codes specially gtag code, are present on the website.

  • Multiple tracking sources can cause conflicts and prevent data from being recorded correctly.
