How to View GA4 Realtime Report in Conversios AIO App (Pro Plan Only)

The GA4 Realtime report shows live activity on your Shopify store using data from your connected Google Analytics 4 property.

This report displays user activity from the last 30 minutes and updates continuously.

Accessing the GA4 Realtime Report

  1. Open Shopify Admin → Apps → Conversios – All-in-one Pixel
  2. Go to Reporting and Select the GA4 Realtime tab

The report loads automatically using the selected GA4 Measurement ID.

Realtime Metrics Overview

Active Users

  • Displays the current number of active users on your store
  • Counts users active within the last 30 minutes
  • Click Update Now to refresh data instantly

Page Views per Minute

  • Line graph showing page views per minute
  • Represents real-time browsing activity
  • Useful for monitoring live traffic spikes

Top 10 Pages

This table shows the most viewed pages in real time.

Columns:Page Path, Page Views

Helps identify:

  • Pages users are actively viewing
  • Live campaign or traffic impact

Device Types

Displays active users by device category.

Supported device types:

  • Desktop
  • Mobile
  • Tablet (if available)

Shown as a visual chart with active user count.

Top 10 Events

Shows the most frequently triggered events in real time.

Columns:

  • Event Name
  • Event Count

Includes both:

  • Ecommerce events
  • Engagement events

Top 10 Key Events

Displays key events configured in GA4.

Columns:

  • Key Event Name
  • Event Count

This reflects GA4-designated key events only.

Top 10 Countries

Shows real-time user activity by country.

Columns:

  • Country Name
  • Active Users

Helps understand geographic distribution of live traffic.

Data Behavior & Refresh

  • Data reflects activity from the last 30 minutes
  • Values update automatically
  • Manual refresh available via Update Now

Common Notes

  • Realtime data does not reflect historical performance
  • Event counts may change as users continue activity
  • Requires GA4 Measurement ID to be connected and active

If Data Is Not Visible

  • Confirm GA4 is connected in Pixel Manager
  • Ensure events are firing correctly
  • Wait a few minutes after setup for initial data
  • Check that your plan includes GA4 Realtime reporting
