When conversions do not appear in Google Ads, it is commonly due to configuration, mapping, or consent-related issues. Review the following points to verify the setup.

• Ensure the conversion action source is set to “Website” in Google Ads. 
• Conversion actions may not be properly mapped or enabled inside the App settings. 
• Google Ads account may not be linked correctly with the App.
