Tracking Conflicts with Other Apps or Scripts

Tracking issues on Shopify are often caused by multiple apps or scripts sending the same events. Native channels such as Google & YouTube and Facebook & Instagram, along with other tracking apps or manually added gtag scripts, can create conflicts.

To avoid data duplication or inconsistencies:

  • Ensure only one tracking setup is active per platform
