Meta Tracking Issues in Conversios Meta App
We understand this can be concerning. In most cases, tracking issues are caused by setup, connection, or conflicting scripts. Please review the checks below.
- Ensure the App is installed and active in your Shopify store.
- Verify that the Meta pixel and API Token are added correctly in the App settings.
- Confirm that the correct IDs are added, no additional space is there, and the settings are saved.
- Make sure no other tracking Apps/channels or custom tracking codes specially gtag code, are present on the website.
- Multiple tracking sources can cause conflicts and prevent data from being recorded correctly.
