Facebook Catalog Rejection Issues in Conversios Meta App
Sometimes Facebook doesn’t accept a few products from your feed.
This is normal and usually happens because something in the product details is missing or doesn’t match what Facebook expects.
Here are the most common reasons and what you can quickly check.

- Price in Shopify is different from what Facebook receives
What to check

- Make sure it has a valid price
- Save the product and sync the feed again

What to check

- Remove offers or discounts from the title
- Keep descriptions clean and normal
Product Link Not Opening

- Product page is not live
- Store has a password
- Link shows an error

Examples:

- Alcohol
- Medical or health-related claims
What to do
- Remove these products from the feed
- Or exclude them while creating the feed
Variant Issues

What to check
- Every variant should have:
- Price
- Image

- Product was changed in Shopify but not updated in Facebook
What to do
- Click Sync Now
- Or enable auto-sync if available
