Meta Login Issues in Conversios Meta App

This issue is commonly seen when using Meta reporting or Meta feed features and occurs due to missing email permissions during the Meta login process.

Example Error Message:

This error indicates that Meta is unable to identify the user because the required email permission was not granted.

Resolution steps:

  • Log out and retry the Meta login

  • Allow all requested permissions, including email access

  • If the issue persists, use a Meta account with full access to the relevant Business Manager
