How to View Meta Ads & Campaign Report in Conversios Meta App

The Meta Ads & Campaign Report shows advertising performance data from your Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad accounts directly inside Conversios.

This report helps you review campaign performance, clicks, spend, and reach using data fetched from Meta.

Before viewing reports, you must authenticate with Meta.

Step 1: Log in with Facebook

  1. Open Shopify Admin → Apps
  2. Open Conversios Meta Conversion API
  3. Go to Reporting → Meta Ads & Campaign
  4. Click Log in with Facebook
  5. Sign in using the Facebook account connected to your Meta Business Manager
  6. Approve the requested permissions

The Facebook account must have access to the ad account you want to view.

Step 2: Verify Pixel Setup (If Prompted)

If the app asks you to verify Pixel setup:

  1. Click Setup Facebook Pixel ID in app settings
  2. Ensure at least one Facebook Pixel is connected

Pixel access is required to fetch campaign insights.

Select Ad Account

  • Use the Select Ad account dropdown at the top
  • Choose the Meta ad account you want to view data for

Once selected, the report loads automatically.

Date Range Selection

Use the date selector on the right side of the report:

  • 7 Days
  • 15 Days
  • 30 Days
  • Custom date range

All metrics and tables update based on the selected period.

Data Filters

You can refine report data using filters shown on the right panel.

Level Filters

  • Account
  • Campaign
  • Ad Set
  • Ad

Breakdown Filters

  • Age
  • Gender
  • Country

Selected filters apply across all metrics and tables.

Metrics Overview

The report displays Meta Ads performance metrics, including:

  • Impressions
  • Unique clicks
  • Reach
  • Spend

Metrics shown depend on the selected ad account, date range, and applied filters.

Campaign Performance Table

Based on selected filters, the table shows:

  • Campaign / Ad Set / Ad name
  • Account name
  • Unique clicks
  • Impressions
  • Spend
  • Reach
  • Audience breakdown (when applied)

This helps compare performance across campaigns and audiences from one dashboard.
