Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products or subscribing to our services from CONVERSIOS SYSTEMS LLC. We value your business and aim to ensure your satisfaction with our offerings.

Payment Refunds

Time limit

If you’re experiencing issues with the product, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 15 days of the product purchase. After 15 days, no refunds will be given. You can refer to your next due date under the Account Settings within the Conversios Plugin. Please see the screenshot below for reference.

Before a refund is processed, allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by opening a ticket in our support desk.

Please give it 24-72 hours for our Support Team to get back to you on your support requests. We do our best to answer a lot faster to your requests.

Reasons

Refunds are processed if the product doesn’t work as described on our site or in our emails.

Refunds will not be processed if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.

License Renewals are strictly non-refundable.

Downgrade and Cancellation Policy

Downgrade to Free Subscription: To downgrade your subscription to a free plan at the next renewal, please email us at [email protected] at least seven (7) working days before your renewal date. We will ensure no further payments are deducted, and your subscription is downgraded accordingly.

Cancellation Requests: You must also email your cancellation request at least seven (7) working days before your renewal date. Requests received within a week of the renewal date may not be processed. After cancellation, your subscription will be moved to a free plan with limited features.

Encouragement to Evaluate

WordPress/Woocomerce: We encourage our customers to fully explore and evaluate our products and services within the first 15 days of purchase to ensure they meet your needs.

Shopify: For details on the trial period of our Apps, please refer to the Shopify App Store.

No Refunds for Renewals: Please note that no refund requests will be accepted if the renewal has already been processed. This policy is in place to maintain consistency and fairness across all our customers.

Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please get in touch with us via our support email([email protected]) with a detailed reason for the refund. We aim to respond within 24-48 working hours.

Third-party Compatibility: We do not bear responsibility for the incompatibility of our products with third-party software, except those specified as compatible in the product description.
