Why is my data not getting updated in the GA4 dashboard in the plugin?
It usually takes 24 to 48 hours time, to push the data to Google Analytics. Post 48 hours of time you must be able to see the data both in the plugin dashboard and in Google Analytics 4 reports.

Purchases are not getting tracked in the plugin dashboard and GA4 reports.
Validate your website by placing an order if your thank you page is getting fired using the extension called dataslayer.
You should be able to see the purchase event getting fired as mentioned below, if not, firing please reach out to our support team at [email protected] / raise your ticket from the  help section.
Can I use GA4 alongside UA using the plugin?
Yes, you can integrate GA4 and UA simultaneously using the plugin. However, you will need to have a separate GA4 Measurement id and UA property, as the two platforms are completely separate.
Why do I see an alert when attempting to claim my domain through the plugin?
If you’re seeing an alert while attempting to claim your domain through the Conversios plugin, it could be because the domain has already been claimed in your Google Merchant Center (GMC) account. In order to claim it through the plugin, you’ll need to first un claim the domain from your GMC account. Once you’ve done that, you should be able to successfully claim it through the Conversios plugin.”
How long will it take for my products to sync into my Google Merchant account?
Please allow at least 30 minutes for your products to sync to your merchant centre after you sync them using the conversions plugin.
How can I ensure that my products are regularly syncing to my Google Merchant Center account?
Using the Conversios plugin, you can set up an automatic scheduler to regularly sync your product data feed with your Google Merchant Center account. This helps ensure that your product data is always up-to-date and that your products are not expired in the Merchant Center due to outdated information
How can I download the invoice against my subscription?
You can just add your subscription id as shown below :

The subscription id is dynamic and you would receive it over the email when you purchased the subscription along with the license key.
Does this plugin supports Google Ads Conversion Tracking?
Yes, the plugin supports Google ads conversion tracking, you will have to just integrate your conversion id and conversion label and the plugin takes care of the rest.
Does Conversios Plugin support Product Refunds?
Yes, product refund is compatible with the plugin with GA3 and GA4. You can have a look at this doc for more information.
Why I am not able to complete the plugin setup as it keeps loading?
We would request you try setting up the plugin in the initial phase using the Chrome browser and later you can use any browser to view it.

Can I use my own GTM container?
Yes, you can use your own GTM container, this feature is supported only in the premium version of the plugin. You would also be able to import the predefined tags and triggers that will enable you to track all the events seamlessly.
Does the Conversios plugin support FCAPI?
Yes, the Conversios plugin supports Facebook Conversion API and is available only in the premium version.
Does the Conversios plugin supports Sever Side tagging?
The current version of the plugin does not support Server side tagging, however, the same would be made with our upcoming releases.
How can I enable Google Ads enhanced conversion tracking?
Under the Pixel Settings tab navigate to Advance options to enable enhanced conversion tracking
How to validate/debug tracking for your store after setting up the plugin?
You should be able to validate using the extension called Dataslayer in your Chrome browser and follow the instructions as attached in the doc.
I created a Performance Max campaign but Google ads not utilizing my daily budget why?
Ensure your products are approved in your Google merchant centre and your Google ads account is connected to your merchant account. If you are still facing the issue please raise a ticket from the help section.

Why is my data getting duplicated on my store?
There could be duplicate tracking via manually implemented GA tracking snippets and/or other GA tracking plugins and/or GTM implementation.
You can disable all other implementations and plugins and using only the Conversios plugin should solve the issue.
