How to View GA4 Ecommerce Report in Conversios GA4 App

The GA4 Ecommerce report in Conversios shows ecommerce performance data fetched directly from your connected Google Analytics 4 property.

This report helps you review orders, revenue, product performance, and traffic sources in one place.

Accessing the GA4 Ecommerce Report

  1. Open Shopify Admin → Apps → Conversios – All-in-one Pixel
  2. Go to Reporting
  3. Select the GA4 Ecommerce tab

If this is your first time accessing the report, you will be prompted to select a GA4 account.

 

Select GA4 Measurement ID

Before data is displayed, select the GA4 account to fetch reports from.

  1. Click Select GA4 Measurement ID
  2. Choose the correct GA4 Account ID from the dropdown
  3. Confirm your selection

Once selected, the report loads automatically.

Note: Only GA4 properties connected in Pixel Manager will appear in the list.

 

Date Range & Comparison

You can filter reports using the date controls at the top right.

Available options:

  • 7 Days
  • 15 Days
  • 30 Days
  • Custom date range

Optional:

  • Enable Compare to previous period to view performance changes

 

Summary Metrics

The top section displays high-level ecommerce metrics:

  • Total Orders
    Number of completed purchases
  • Total Order Value
    Total revenue generated in the selected period
  • Average Order Value (AOV)
    Average revenue per order
  • Conversion Rate
    Percentage of users who completed a purchase

These metrics are calculated using GA4 ecommerce events.

 

Orders Trend Graph

The line chart shows Total Orders over time for the selected date range.

This helps visualize:

  • Daily order trends
  • Traffic or campaign impact
  • Sudden spikes or drops

Conversion Funnel (Active Users)

This section displays the GA4 funnel based on active users:

  • Products Viewed
  • Added to Cart
  • Checkout
  • Purchase

Each step shows the number of users who reached that stage.

Funnel data depends on proper tracking of product view, cart, checkout, and purchase events.

Ecommerce Event Metrics

This section summarizes item-level activity:

  • Items Viewed
  • Items Added to Cart
  • Items Added to Checkout
  • Item Purchase Quantity

These values reflect GA4 ecommerce event counts.

Top Products Report

The Top Products table shows product-level performance.

Available columns:

  • Product Name
  • Views
  • Added to Cart
  • Purchase Quantity
  • Cart-to-View Rate
  • Purchase-to-View Rate
  • Product Revenue

This report helps identify:

  • Best-selling products
  • Products with high views but low conversions
  • Revenue contribution by product

Top Sources Report

The Top Sources table shows performance by traffic source.

Available columns:

  • Source / Medium
  • Sessions
  • Users
  • Product Views
  • Added to Cart
  • Average Order Value
  • Total Transactions
  • Revenue

This data is pulled directly from GA4 attribution.

Data Availability Notes

  • GA4 data may take 24–48 hours to appear after initial setup
  • Realtime GA4 data is not shown in this report
  • Missing values usually indicate events not yet tracked or recently enabled

Common Checks if Data Is Missing

  • Confirm GA4 Measurement ID is correctly connected
  • Verify ecommerce events are firing in GA4
  • Ensure purchase tracking is completed via Shopify Thank You page
  • Check date range selection

You can:

  • Download the report as a white-label PDF with your brand logo
  • Schedule weekly email delivery to receive this report in your inbox
