Set Up Google Ads Pixel & Enhanced Conversions – SST Pro Plugin

The Google Ads integration allows you to track WooCommerce conversions and build remarketing audiences using your store activity.

Once connected, you can use events like purchases, add to cart, checkout, and form submissions inside Google Ads for reporting and campaign optimization.

Step 1: Connect Your Google Ads Account

  1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
  2. Go to Conversios Pro → Pixel & Analytics → Google Ads.
  3. Click Sign in with Google> Select the Google account linked to your Google Ads.
  4. Choose your Google Ads account from the list and Click Save.

Once connected, you’ll see options to set up conversion events and audience tracking.

Step 2: Enable Conversion Tracking

You can track the following events:

Supported Conversion Events

  • Purchase – when an order is completed
  • Add to Cart – when a product is added to cart
  • Begin Checkout – when checkout starts
  • Form Submit – when a contact or lead form is submitted

You can enable only the events you need.

To enable tracking for an event:

  • Click Add next to the event name. A popup will open titled Settings for Conversion.

Step 3: Add/Select Conversion ID & Label

You have two ways to set up the conversion:

Option A: Use an Existing Conversion

  1. Select your Conversion ID and Label from the dropdown.
  2. Click Save changes.

Option B: Create a New Conversion

  • Click Create New Conversion Action.
The conversion will be automatically created in your connected Google Ads account – no need to leave the screen or wait.
  • Once created, the Conversion ID and Label fields will be auto-filled.
  • Just click Save changes to finish setup.

After saving, the event will appear as Connected in your plugin dashboard.
Repeat this for any other events you want to track.

Enable Remarketing & Audience Tags

You can also enable:

  • Google Ads Remarketing Tag
  • Dynamic Remarketing
  • Linking Google Analytics with Google Ads
  • Linking Google Merchant Center with Google Ads

These features help you build audience segments and improve campaign performance, especially for Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.

Verify Your Setup

  • Perform test actions on your site, such as adding to cart or placing an order.
  • Use Google Tag Assistant or GTM Preview Mode to confirm that events are firing.
  • In your Google Ads account, go to Tools → Conversions to check if data is being received.

Note: It can take some time for conversion data to appear in Google Ads reports.
