Purchase Event Not Tracking
When purchase events are not recorded, it is usually related to the checkout flow or tracking setup. This can happen if certain payment methods, such as PayPal, MobilePay, etc., do not redirect users to the Thank You page, or if customers close the browser tab before the page has loaded.
It can also occur due to caching issues, delayed order confirmation, ad blockers, consent restrictions, or conflicts caused by multiple tracking scripts or plugins firing purchase events incorrectly.
In some cases, order status conditions or custom checkout implementations can prevent the purchase event from triggering as expected. Using multiple tracking sources can lead to conflicts and prevent data from being recorded correctly.
