Create & Sync Your First Product Feed

Once your account is connected to any supported channel, you can start syncing products by creating a feed.

 

Go to: Conversios > Product Feed > [Your Connected Channel] then Click Create New Feed.

1. Feed Details

Configure the basic settings for the product feed.

  • Feed Name: Enter a name for the feed
    Example: Summer Collection 
  • Target Country: Select the country where products will be listed

Example: United States

  • Auto Sync
    Enable to keep the feed updated automatically 
  • Auto Sync Interval
    Select how often the feed should sync 

  • Include Product Variations
    Enable to include product variants. Options:

    • Only Default Product Variations
    • Only Lowest Price Product Variation

Click Next to continue.

2. Attribute Mapping

Map your WooCommerce product attributes to the required feed fields for the selected channel.

Required Fields

These must be mapped for the feed to work properly.

  • id: Unique product identifier
    Example: 12345
  • title: Product name
    Example: Blue Running Shoes
  • description: Product description text
    Example: Lightweight running shoes for daily workouts
  • price: Product price
    Example: 49.99 USD

Optional Fields

You can map additional fields to improve feed quality.

  • brand
    Example: Nike
  • gtin
    Example: 0012345678905
  • availability
    Example: in_stock, out_of_stock
  • image_link
    Example: https://example.com/image.jpg
  • shipping
    Example: US:5.00 USD
  • tax
    Example: US:Standard

Mapping Steps

  1. For each feed field, select the matching WooCommerce attribute from the dropdown
  2. Optional: Add a prefix for product IDs
    Example: SKU, ID
  3. Click Add Attributes to include more fields
  4. Review the mapped attributes and Click Next to continue

3. Category Mapping

Match your WooCommerce product categories with the category structure required by the selected channel.

Correct category mapping helps products appear in the right listings and avoids feed rejection.

Category Mapping Layout
Left Column: WooCommerce categories
Example: Apparel, Accessories, Footwear

Right Column: Channel category taxonomy
Select the most relevant category for each WooCommerce category.
You can search or browse categories in the dropdown.

Review the WooCommerce categories listed on the left

Note: By default, the first three mandatory attributes are pre-selected. Users can map additional attributes or change existing ones using the dropdown fields.

Select the matching channel category from the dropdown on the right

Repeat this for all required categories and Click Next to continue

4. Filters

Use filters to control which products are included in the product feed.

Filters can be applied using Category, Product ID, Stock Status, or Main Image.

Filter Fields

  • Attribute: Select the product attribute
    Options: Category, Product ID, Stock Status, Main Image
  • Condition: Select the condition for the filter
  • Value: Enter the value based on the selected condition
    (Not required for some conditions)

Steps

  1. Click Add Filter and Select an Attribute > Condition > Enter a Value if required
  2. Add more filters if needed and Click Save & Next

Use Clear Filter to remove all filters.

Your product feed is created and ready to sync products based on the configured mappings and filters.

Note: The same process applies for other channels.
