Conversions Not Showing in Microsoft Ads (Conversios MS App)
If conversions are not visible in Microsoft Ads, this is usually related to configuration, data delay, or page flow.
- Conversion data is not instant; allow time for reporting to update
- Make sure customers reach the Shopify Thank You page after payment
- Verify the same UET tag is selected in both the app and Microsoft Ads
- Check Microsoft Ads → Conversions to confirm event status
- Ensure no older UET tags or duplicate tracking codes exist
Most issues are resolved by correcting setup or removing duplicate tracking.
