How to Automate Email Reports and Add Your Branding (CAPI Pro Plugin)

With Pro features, you can automate GA4 report delivery via email and customize exported reports with your own logo.

Schedule Email Reports

You can set up scheduled delivery of your GA4 insights directly to your inbox.

1. Toggle the Schedule Email option ON and Enter your email address.
2. Choose how often you’d like to receive the report: Daily, Weekly or Monthly then Click Save.

You’ll receive updated reports every cycle, showing insights from the past 7 days.

Add Your Branding to Downloaded Reports

You can download a white-label PDF version of the report with your own logo.

1. Click Select Logo and upload your brand logo (recommended size: 120 × 36 pixels).
2. Click Save to apply the logo and Click Download Now to get the report with your branding applied.
